Outlook Calendar Event Problem

Hi - After downloading SP3 last week, my Outlook Calendar accepts events,
cues the reminders, and then after the event happens removes them from my
Calendar but they are still visable in Outlook Today as calendar events.
Also, the events all sync to my iPhone and remain there despite not showing
up in Calendar. Help!
