Outlook Calendar label colors

Hi,

Please excuse how simple this may be, I haven't done office development for
a few years now and have lost touch.

Our company would like to standardize the Colours and labels that uses can
add to appointments in outlook xp. In the interface this is called "edit
calendar labels". I've done a pretty comprehensive search on MSDN and
throught the outlook object model, but I can't find anything.

I assume that I can write vba to at least have people run a macro to update
their labels, but I can't seem to find the correct object to work with.

if anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. Again, sorry for the
simplicity of this issue.

The format of the label list itself is undocumented.
