Outlook Calendar layout

How can I change the layout of the monthly calendar so it
shows 7 days fully and not just half slots for Sat sunday?
ie there would be 7 coloumns instead of 6 with the 6th
being split in 2.

Go to View | Current View | Customize Current View, click the Other
Settings button, and in the Month section, clear the checkbox for
"Compress weekend days".
