outlook calendar permission

I work in an office environment that is using WIN XP pro on a single domain
that supports native server 2003 with exchange server 2003. We have a
secretary that updates a calendar for the boss. The calendar is shared;
however, we do not want the shares to have permission to read the attachments
within an appointment. We would like the share to show the appointment
banner and time, but that is all. Can this be done?

You can't block the attachments, its either all or nothing.
