Outlook calendar sharing with Microsoft Entourage

I am trying to make my calendar in outlook available to several people in my
office. We all are on the same server, and all use Dell computers save one
person who uses a MAC. He was told he has to use Microsoft Entourage as MACS
equivalent of Outlook. He can get emails and send emails just fine, but he
cannot view my calendar like everyone else.
Can someone please help me and let me know if Entourage is compatible with
delegating calendar authority from Outlook?
And if so, how we go about setting that up! I delegated authority to him
from outlook and he received the email it generates, however, my calendar
appears no where in Entourage...?
