Outlook Calendar

I have created multiple calendar resources under the main
calendar in Outlook. I can search for anyhing in these
calendars from my computer.

I have given other users access to these resources.
The problem is that they can only perform a serch per
resource and not at once.

Can anyone please tell me if its possible that they can
search for something on all calendars.

Not possible. You can search multiple folders only in a single PST file or in your own Exchange mailbox.
