Outlook calendar

Hi,

I was working on customizing outlook. I would like to do
two things - can I create a new appoinment form which is
autocompleted for most items. (always booking a
treatment)

The other I would like to add the contact name to the
appointment listing on the calendar view.

Any help or resources would be great.
