I need to know if the following is possible:-

We have about 15 staff that currently use outlook
calendars on their laptops for appointments etc.

I need to know if it's possible when they insert a new
appointment, the appointment could auto-forward/auto-
create to another calendar (a global calendar on the
secretaries machine) so she could have a calendar with
all appointments on.
