Outlook Calendar

I have a new laptop, we are running Windows Server 2003
SBS with exchange 2003,
How can I see other peoples calendar when I'm offline?
is this possible?
Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

No. How do you expect to get the information if you are running as a
standalone computer, not connected to anything??
