OUtlook Calendar

Hi - I'd appreciate some help -

I run two laptops, one for "work", from my employer, the other my own. How
would
I go about synchronising the two Outlook Calendars?

For whatever reason, I CAN'T just send "myself" an appointment from one
machine to the other - probably because the work machine is on an Intranet,
connected via B/band but straight into the office network.

I guess the simple way is to copy whatever file(s) are used to hold the
Calendar data from one to the other - thoughts please? What is the file name
/ location ?

Many thanks - Mike.

Mike,
You can use the File - Export\Import function. Just export to Excel
spreadsheet and import onto other PC.

I do this between my work and home computers, however one problem is that
the label colour is not set when importing. I have tried to export to
Access and just about every other file format available in the export
function, but they don't work either.

Does anyway have any ideas on how to get the label colours to come across to
the secondary computer.

Thanks,
W.

I know it's probably a no-no mentioning an outside product, but it is one I
use for synching contacts and calendar between tow different accounts on two
different machines... and I am in no way associated with the product, so
it's not really advertising or similar

Anyway, have a look at www.plaxo.com - it works for me!

Simon
