Is there any way that I can take my Calendar tasks in Outlook and
publish/upload/link or otherwise display them in Project 2003 Server PWA? I
want to show when I am blocked already on certain days and weeks so that I am
not assigned tasks during that time. I understand how to get my PWA assigned
tasks into Outlook, but I want to send my non-PWA items to the PWA.

Microsoft's implementation of using Outlook with Project Server is a one way
street. Project Server allows you to see and manage your PWA tasks in
Outlook, but it doesn't work the opposite direction the way you wish.
