Outlook Calendar

Hello,
I am on a network at my office and we all use Outlook. We
are starting to use the Calendar feature and some of the
people are able to view the 'Schedules' of others, but I
am not.
I am running Outlook 2000, some of them are on XP Pro. I
will upgrade when the lease runs out but that will be some
time. How can I view the schedules of others? They can see
mine as well as each other's, but I can not see theirs. I
have the latest service packs and upgrades. Any help would
be greatly appreiciated.

Have you tried giving them delegate access? There are a
couple of other ways, too. Go to Tools > Options >
Delegates to give others access to any part of your
Outlook.

Make sure you publish enough info from your calendar to
your server. 3 months is the default.

Are you using a .pst or the Exchange mailbox for delivery? Choosing the
Exchange mailbox should solve your problem.
