Is there a way to prevent others from scheduling
appointments on my calendar that have the reminder button
turned on and keep the reminder button off? I have my
computer defaulted to keep it off when I schedule my own
appointments. However,when others schedule appointments
for me from their computers, the reminder button gets
turned on. This messes up my Blackberry when I download
my Outlook calendar to it.
