I am trying to set up a public calender-within th public folders-This I have
done fine-however, I wish to set a default setup of the calender-so when
someone clicks on the calender-it will auto show a week-rather than a day.
This will help as some users are novices on computers.and this would help
rather than explain-to change the view click this, this and this.any other
tips that will make this look great???? basically-its being used as a board
room booking calender-users who want a room-view the calender-if its
available then they book one out. Is there any way that I can force users to
HAVE to complete certains parts-in the same way-i could design a form and
tick the "required" field.thanks again.Jeff

Folder views are client-specific. Each client can have its own view of the
very same folder. You'd have to alter every single client to accomplish
what you describe.
