Outlook Calender All Day Activities span two days when changing time zones

My Outlook calendar is a mess since all my "all day" activities
including holidays which I set up when I was on east coast time
effectively got pushed back from 12am-12pm (a single day) to 11pm to
11pm involving two calendar days when I changed to central time. How
to I fix this? It has ruined the usefulness of my electronic calendar.

It's a limitation of Outlook. To fix it, you will need to temporarily switch
back to Eastern time (if you've created any new events since the switch, move
them to another calendar folder first), then follow the procedure at
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20041012.htm and then switch back
to Central Time. Then you can move any new items back to the original
Calendar folder.
