Outlook, can a task linking with the calendar item

1, can i create a task and show that in calendar
2, can i linking the task item to calendar (when I change
the task the calendar item will change)

- i can drop a task to calendar but just copy the task
into the calendar appointment

- the version i using is Office 2000
