I came into work today and Outlook 2003 connects to my POP3 server with no
problems. I get an error message when it tries to send mail, however.
"Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing SMTP server"
All the other computers in the office are having no problems with this. I
was curious to know if there is a service running in the background that
maybe has gone bad. Can anyone help me through this one? I tried deleting
all of my email accounts and re-entering them, but the problem still exists.
I would like to fix this issue without having to uninstall/reinstall outlook.
If anyone has ideas, please email them to me at (e-mail address removed).
Thanks in advance for your help.
