Outlook can not find servers after update to service pack 3

I have updated to the Office XP service pack 3. Now outlook can not find the
servers for any of my email accounts. I get the following error: 0x800CCCoD.
It almost appears that Outlook is not even searching for the servers. The
error pops up almost immediately.

Any help would be appreciated.
