Outlook cannot connect but OWA works

Exchange 2003, only one user unable to open outlook, it gives message 'cannot
open default email folder, Exchange is not available. Either there are
network problems or exchange computer is down' OWA works from any where for
this mailbox but any Desktop any version of outlook gives same message. Any
help is
appreciated
