Outlook cannot find exchange server

I can Not setup 2 outlook 2007 clients- it keeps telling me the connection
is
unavailable- which is incorrect. I have used the same config/settings for
dozens
of others and I can ping the exchange server. DNS is setup correct. Whats
going on?
