In Outlook 2003, using Windows XP and Server 2003, I recreated my roaming
profile. My PST file was on the workstation in C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
All was fine yesterday. Today when I log in, I get the error message that
the outlook.pst file cannot be found. I have searched the C drive, including
hidden files and folders without success, (including search hidden files and
folders, and system files and folders), as well as both the old and new
profile folders on the server, as well as the home drive on the server.
I'm presuming that the profile recreation overwrote the location of the pst
file because when I look in the location specified in the path I cannot see
any files at all.
Any help would be appreciated as there was quite a lot of mail in there.
