Outlook cannot open the attachement in Simplified Word

[Cannot read simplified word file.]

I don’t’ know why I can’t open the file in simplified word (簡體字). I can see
the file name, I can download into the pc, but no content inside….

Can you guys solve it for me please? Thanks!

Outlook doesn't open attachments. It just sends/receives them.
