outlook cant send to netscape address

New problem just popped up on clients computer-"none of
your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient"Only
happens when he's trying to mail me at Netscape
address.Any ideas?

There is usually a bit more to the error message, for instance 505, 5.7.1,
is your client getting similar
