Outlook Can't send videos

I made Outlook my default email from OE. However, Outlook can't send a very
small video (1-1/2 minutes long). I've let it try for up to two hours. I
get the message on the task bar saying, "Microsoft Outlook is sychronizing
folders" but it never gets sent.

Also, when I click on the Outlook icon to open it it breaks up -- my monitor
looks like a jug saw puzzle for several seconds until Outlook finally
displays correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

How large is the actual file you're trying to send?

Sorry -- should have entered that: The file is 165 MB.

Also, do you have any ideas about why Outlook opens in this very peculiar way?

Well, Outlook is confused. The email it's currently tring to send is noted
as 145 MB but the file is truly 932 KB.

SORRY about all the little "replies." When I look up this video in my files
it says it's 44.4.KB so I have no idea where all the different info is coming
from. It should be only 44.4 as this is what's saved in "My Videos." I'm
confused.

Probably because of the size of the message. I'd go into offline mode and
delete the message from the Outbox.

Then, I would verify the file size in Windows. Right click the file and
pull up properties to be sure.

Then I would compose the message again and attach it by using the toolbar
button to make an attachment and don't drag and drop it into the message.
Make sure the item in the Outbox isn't obscenely large.

Then I'd go back into online mode and try to send.
