Outlook Categories

Help please,

I had a set of personal Outlook categories but they have
reverted to the default ones. What is the best approach
to recovering my personal ones?

I appreciate that I could go through a selection of my
contacts a list the categories not in Master Category
list.

Is there any easier way?
