Outlook Categories

We are assigning 'categories' to outbound emails on outlook 2003 using
Microsoft Exchange Server. Those same emails on return have the 'categories'
stripped and 'categories' have to be re-assigned manually again.

Please advise me a way to have the 'categories' stick to the email.

Almost impossible to do - you'd have to know what e-mail client/server the
other person is using to make sure they didn't strip off your category.

You MIGHT be able to use some kind of code/keyword in the subject/text that
would trigger Outlook, upon receipt of reply, to use the Rules Wizard to
reapply the Category.
