Outlook caused an invalid page fault....

Hey folks,
I have problems with Outlook 2000 on a Windows 98 computer. Everytime the
user opens an email, and then close the email, following msg will come up:
"Outlook has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down....Outlook
caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at 0000:01764a29"
I installed servicepack 1a and servicepack3, did not fix the problem. Also
ran a repair of office...no luck..

Anyone seen this problem before?
