When we have attachments (any type) in a message in our inbox and forward
them (plain text, rich text, and HTML), after the forwarding is done and we
return to the inbox, the size of the original message changes to double its
size. It doesn't do it on every message though. So, if the original message
is 2MB, after it's forwarded that same message in the inbox now reads 4MB
(even though in sent items it still reads 2). Also, when I go to the
Exchange Server and check the size in the properties of the message, it reads
2MB. Something's up with Outlook. I even downloaded SP3, but it didn't make
a difference. I don't know if there is a glitch in Outlook, or if it is
supposed to do that. It's causing issues since we have size restrictions on
mailbox sizes (the person runs out of space faster). Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks.
