Outlook cleint get "#5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay..."

Hello,

We have been on Exchange 2003 SBS for five months.
We started getting the following error after we had to change the Outside IP
address of the netscreen firewall per TimeWarner requirement.

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: Hi

Sent: 10/22/04 5:03 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

address here .org on 10/22/04 5:04 PM

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.

<local address here.local #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay
for destination address.org>"


Any ideas would be great
