My guess is the label writer but it could be pdf converter or
spamfighter -
which addin uses the icons you see in the clipboard?

Whenever i opened up Outlook 07 to create a new message, the
clipboard
already has 12 attachments that are all some kind of picture format
icons.
When i click on one, Picture Tools & Picture format appear on the
ribbon.
If i clear the clipboard attachments they go away until i reopen
Outlook.
I am using Vista Home prem & Office 07
