Outlook clipboard

Whenever i opened up Outlook 07 to create a new message, the clipboard
already has 12 attachments that are all some kind of picture format icons.
When i click on one, Picture Tools & Picture format appear on the ribbon.
If i clear the clipboard attachments they go away until i reopen Outlook.
I am using Vista Home prem & Office 07

What addins do you have installed? Some programs use the clipboard to build
their toolbars - see http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/clipboard.htm for
some of the addins that are known to do this.

I am not familar with the MS add ons-what they are, what they do.
This problem just started 2 wks ago. I have had dymo, spamfighter, pdf add
ons for years.
The clipboard icons are all picture format types because as soon as i clik
on one, the Picture Format ribbon appears with each of the clipboard icons
listed.
I do email pic files from time to time.

But you haven't had Outlook 2007 for years. Many add-ins compatible with
earlier Outlook versions don't work well with Outlook 2007.

Was an update installed about the time you noticed the problem? You can
check to see what was installed about that time in Add/Remove programs.
