This happens on a few users I have. This is what is going on.
I just built up a new system with Win XP sp2 (and all other updates)
and office 2003 sp3 (and all updates). I configure the email account
to point to my exchange server. Enable cached mode. Start up
Outlook. Outlook starts to update the folders. BAM! Its gone. No
error message, nothing in the event log... nothing! I disable cached
mode and everything works fine. This user is traveling with the
laptop so her email need to sync with outlook so she can use it off
line. So disabling cached mode is not something I can do.
Please help, i am practically begging.
Thanks
Mark
