Outlook closes when I minimize the program

I am running Outlook 2003, SP3. In the last few days, when I minimize the
program, it closes. It is not in the task manager as an active program.

How can I fix this problem?? Thanks.

Down in the System Tray (by the clock on the Windows Taskbar) is an Outlook
icon. Right-click on that and choose "Show When Minimized"
