Outlook closes when I touch the mouse to wake up the system???

Hi there,
curious problem, everytime I touch my wireless mouse to wake up the system
outlook closes down immediately. It is not hiding and the "hide when
minimized" option is NOT checked, I ran inbox repair and it didn't help.
I run the plugins "shared calendar" and "shared contacts" from pcdotcom on 3
different computers that are all running XP Pro and none of the others have
this close down problem. Any ideas?
