Outlook closing

Outlook 2007 closing without warning, no errors, no alert, nothing. I can't
make it close. Just bouncing between programs and it disappears.

It used to work great on broadband cable. We had to switch to DSL for 45
days until we get cable into the new building. That's when it all started.

Another quirk, in the past, when I closed Outlook, it would not download
emails. Now, with DSL, I open it and I see all my email accounts have
already been dowloaded. What gives?

Any suggestions?

Do you have Service Pack 2 for Office 2007 installed?

If you go to Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+ESC) do you still see outlook.exe on the
process list? What operating system are you running?

Yes, I have SP2 Installed: SP2 MSO (12.0.6529.5000)
Yes, Outlook.exe is in processes, but it's also open currently.
Will advise next time it closes.
Any other suggestions?
