outlook colours and rules

I noted that I even though my colours organising thing says that emails sent
only to me are coloured they’re not. All the other colour rules I have are
working fine. It happened when there was an update quite a while ago (nearly
a year ago I think). It’s not a huge problem, it’s just one of those things
that I got used to and found it handy to know if an email had been sent only
to me
I have undone and redone my rule but the colour does not show up
i am using outlook 2003

If you temporarily disable all the other color rules, does that one work again?
