Outlook Command Button Control

How do I go about assigning an action to a command
botton. I want to add "Save As", "Reset", "Send",
and "Print" buttons to a form I've created. I added the
buttons but can't figure out how to make them react as I
would like.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
