I ran into an issue with suffixes in Outlook contacts. When you enter the
contact through the "Full Name" option, it allows you to pick a suffix like
Jr. etc.
We need to add a professional suffix like P.E., but the name shows up like...
John Doe P.E.
with no comma between the name and suffix.
Properly it should be John Doe, P.E.
with a comma. If you add a comma it screws up the name in the dialog box.
I am assuming it has to do with the database and that the database can be
comma delineated, so you can't use commas in the names.
Is this correct?
Thanks
