I have just upgraded Office 2000 to 2003 and run Windows XP.
Before, I kept Outlook minimized and running in the background and it would automatically connect to the mail server every 20 minutes. If I was on the internet, it would use that connection. If there was no internet connection then it would use the modem to dial up automatically and then close the connection.
Now, if there is a connection it uses it but if not a box comes up asking if I want to connect manually and have to click a button.
Does anyone know if there is an easy way around this so it just dials automatically?
Thank you.
