Outlook connection error from server

I can't connect to send or receive emails in outlook. Comcast reviewed
settings and said it's my outlook.
I'm getting the following error messages:
0x8004210E
and
0x80040897
I have Microsoft Office XP Professional

Can anyone help? Thanks.

In regards to the first error number, it means that two or mail clients are
trying to work with the POP3 mailbox at the same time or the mail server
didn't release the lock on the mailbox the last time the mail client exited.
Only Comcast support can fix this message by clearing the lock on the
mailbox.
