Outlook Connection Error

Hey, I keep getting this error when I am setting up an account for someone:

Establish network cennection: Unable to connect to the internet or to
the network. Please verify the connection settings. To access the
connection settings close this dialog, click More Settings, then click
on the Connecctions tab.

I've tested all the settings on another computer and I can log in, also I
can log onto the account using Outlook Express on that computer (the one i
can't connect using microsoft outlook). I've searched this error message with
no success and am hoping someone may have an idea. Thanks.

Hi Mark,
please check your firewall settings, also your virus programm could be the
problem
