Hello, group!
Okay, so I guess I have to open the Outlook before configuring it
to make a connection to the Lotus Domino/Notes mail server -
that's how I've got one working fine.
However on the other PC (both running XP), I've tried to configure
as I open the Outlook for the first time and failed - it gives me an
error message: Unable to open your personal e-mail folders.
Then, by clicking on the [OK] button, it closes up by itself.
From then on, I've downloaded the 'Outlook to Lotus Domino/Notes
connector' from Microsoft site and installed (guess it was too late
or something) with no success. It just wouldn't open.
What I want to do is to erase (or delete) the configuration setting
for that Outlook and start over. Even after removing the whole
Office 2003 SBE w/BCM and reinstalling it still holds that initial
configuration info - where or which file does it store that info?
Is there a way to bypass that config file (if there is) when opening
Outlook so that I can reconfigure?
How is that opening Outlook in "Safe Mode" work? What do I
have to do?
Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
If you live nearby, it might be worth a free lunch from me.
Thanks, folks!
