Outlook connector 12.0.6414.100 with Office Live and Outlook 2003

I am using the above on Vista, and I keep getting the following message:

'Task xxxx sending' reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server is not
available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'

In the outlook Send/Receive Progress. This is intermittent. Any ideas?
