Outlook Connector 12.1 install problem

I have installed Outlook Connector 12.1, but when I restart Outlook 2007 on
Swedish Win XP 32 bit Outlook tells me that I have to upgrade Outlook
Connector. Reinstalling, i.e. repairing, or uninstalling and install again
does not help. I have installed all new updates to Office on Windows update.

Any ideas, anyone
