Outlook Connector ARRRRGH!!

Info:
Its Outlook 2007 (in the Enterprise package)
Windows Xp Porfissional
the recent release of Outlook Connector.

Problem:
1- the Connector Doesnt Provide me with instant download to emails that are
in my hotmail inbox i.e. i need to exit outlook and re-launch it to make the
connector CONNECT hotmail and download my emails (yet that doesnt work
always) !!!! if my outlook is "ON" constantly it lose connection with hotmail
no matter if i hit the button of send/recieve it does nothing :-(

2- Connector NEVER sends my outgoing emails. Moreover, it LIES by showing
that messeges in the Outbox were moved to the "Sent" folder. That is supposed
to mean: my messeges are sent. But in fact no. nothing is sent. i send msgs
to my OWN hotmail then check it Via the web.. and nothing is in the inbox :-(

What's in the log of the Connector?
Have you verified that Outlook is not set in Offline Mode? Uncheck; File->
Work Offline
Do you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.

My outlook is working "online" !! and the log says this:

Outlook Connector is available only to subscribers. "

i Use McAfee ?! where shall i try to disable the integration ,, is it in the
Outlook or in the McAfee Control Panel ?!

also when i hit the send/receive all tasks are done quickly except the task
of send/receieve of my hotmail and it shows an error :

" Task '******@hotmail.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x80040102) : 'The requested operation cannot be performed on this account' "

You should disable this in the McAfee Control Panel.

When the problem persists you can contact Live Hotmail support.

Have you converted your Hotmail account to a LIVE Hotmail account?

Hi All,

I came to the forum as a result of the same problem, a 4104 error on
synching. Just read Roady's post re: antivirus integration, turned "Outlook
Integration" off in my Nod32 Antivirus, deleted affected accounts, closed
Outlook 2007, reopened Outlook, recreated accounts, closed Outlook, reoppened
Outlook, and so far all is synching just fine.

Not sure who to blame here, Eset, (Nod32), or Microsoft. I'm kind of
leaning toward Microsoft, since it appears that the problem is occurring with
any antivirus integration.

Anyway, this fixed my synching problem, now I just have to figure out how
I'm going to get my email checked for viruses etc.

By the way, I have a pop3 account, some @live accounts, and some @msn
accounts, (premium member). All are linked in Outlook 2007 Pro, under Vista
Premium.

Not here - I use Outlook Connector with AVG free Outlook plugin enabled -
never had any problems.
