Outlook Connector crashes language bar shortcut

After I install Outlook Connector [PID: 95120000-011F-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE,
not accepted by MS support webpage] ver. 12.0.640.7.1000 to MS Outlook 2007,
the program crashes when I edit a mail and switch between languages of EN, JP
and TH by using Windows XP SP3 language bar shortcut [i.e. combination of
Ctrl + Shift+....]. This crash always happens to both normal mode and safe
mode Outlook. I cannot find good solutions through Internet search. I have
Business Contact Manager add-in to my Outlook.
I install Outlook Connector to retrieve my Hotmail e-mail account into
Outlook.
Can I get some suggestions. I already sent errors to the Microsoft error
report servers.
