Outlook Connector Dialogue Box

I recently logged onto a hotel internet server and now I constantly get
"Microsoft Office Outlook Connector" dialogue boxes showing up in Office 2007
for my 3 Microsoft Office Live Small Business email accounts from my website.
I have typed in my passwords and checked the "remember me" box, but they keep
popping up. I am getting my emails, but the dialogue boxes are extremely
disruptive.
'
1. Do I need Connector to see my email in Outlook?
2. Why won't the passwords work or keep?

Ugh! Just got all 3 boxes again while I was typing this.

Any help is appreciated.
