Outlook Connector Error Message + Converts html to text

I get the following error message every time Outlook Connector is used:
Time: (every time)
Error in Mail
There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your
account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.
Error: 4102. Client. Syntax Error in the request.

Occasionally I get 5102 and no more emails are imported.

In addition, many emails that are "http" in Windows Live Mail (Hotmail) come
through as text, and some are virtually unreadable.

Does anyone have a solution?
