Outlook Connector Failure to receive

Like many others I have been struggling with the failure of outlook
connector. I have been thru all the threads and tried the fixes (incl OLCon
beta 12.1). Nothing has worked to allow me to access my msn.com account thru
OL. Server status always shows connecting. Can anyone help? The system
stopped at around 6:18am on 8/10/08
