Outlook Connector for Domino Corrupting Attachements

Subject says it all. There are a group of people (myself included) who HATE
the notes client for e-mail. We have installed the Outlook Connector for
Domino installed. However, many of the attachments that we get in our
mailbox ends up getting corrupted. Is there a fix for this issue, or are we
stuck using the Notes client?

We are using the Outlook connector with Outlook 2003, and our Notes Server
is now 6.5.4.

I had this problem while also using Google Desktop Search. Removing it
stopped the problem. It appeared as if Google in some way touched the
attachment such that the Connector had to resync it back to the server.
At that point the server got upset because the file had, in some way,
changed. I switched to MSN Desktop Serach and things got better,
although I have it avoid my ".nst" file.
