Outlook Connector for Domino Error

I am using the Outlook Connector for Domino with Outlook 2003. When the
installation of the connector completes there is a check box to ‘Launch the
program’. If I tick this the connector runs and connects to domino
correctly. If I close Outlook and start it back up I receive the following
errors:

Outlook Connector for Domino can't be started. Verify that the Lotus Notes
client is installed and properly configured.

Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The information store could not
be opened.

If I reinstall the connector and launch it from the end of the installation
it runs correctly again.

I can connect with a Lotus Notes client all the time.
